Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled dehumidifiers, unplug the unit and contact customer support to verify if their dehumidifier is included in the recall. If the dehumidifier is included in the recall, customer support will direct consumers on next steps. Consumers should not return the recalled dehumidifiers to the retailer where purchased as retailers are not prepared to take the units back.
