Consumers are instructed to contact Dorel Distribution Canada toll free at 1- 800-295-1980 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday in order to receive a free repair kit. Consumer can visit the Dorel Distribution Canada website to determine if their bunk bed model is included in this recall. Consumers may also view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website .
