Never use the infant seat on a table, countertop, chair, or other elevated surface. Consumers should use the Bumbo seat at ground level, but should never leave a child unattended. The 2007 recall required new warnings be placed on the affected product to deter elevated usage of the seats. If your product was purchased before 2007, consumers should contact Oyaco Products, Inc. by e-mail or phone at 1-866-768-4224, Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST to obtain a new warning label information and instructions.
