Consumers should immediately stop using the roman blinds and contact Vadain International Inc. to receive a package of cord stoppers with written instructions for correcting the hazard. Alternatively, consumers may return the recalled blinds to their nearest Home Depot store to receive a free replacement blind with the cord stoppers already installed, or in Home Depot stores where Vadain Blinds are not sold, to receive a replacement blind by mail.
