Consumers should immediately stop using bicycles equipped with the recalled suspension forks. For more information, consumers may contact Magura at 1-800-448-3876 or visit the firm's Web site or Magura Controls Recall to compare their serial number with the recalled suspension fork list to see if it has been affected. If the suspension fork is part of the recall, it should be returned to Magura USA where the affected fork will be fitted with a new lower leg assembly, bushings, seals, lubrication oil, decals and a brake hose guide free of charge.
