Product: Pelican 9410 Industrial Flashlight and Pelican 9415 Industrial Flashlight. Issue: The battery pack of the flashlight may explode while charging, posing a risk of injury to consumers. What to do: Immediately stop using the flashlights and contact Pelican to arrange for the return of the unit for repair. Affected products What you should do

Consumer should immediately stop using the affected products and contact Pelican to arrange for the return of the Units to Pelican for repair. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
