Product: Chadwick 5-drawer wooden chests. Issue: The chests are unstable if the floor glides on the bottom of the legs are not centered and the units are not anchored to the wall. What to do: Stop using the chests and contact the company to receive a free repair kit or refund. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Hillsdale Furniture, LLC.
What to do
Consumers are advised to stop using the recalled chests that are not properly anchored to the wall and place in an area that children cannot access. Contact The Brick to receive a free repair kit or refund. For more information, consumers can contact retailer, The Brick by telephone at 1-866-753-0601 from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm MST, Monday through Friday. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
