Consumers should stop using the recalled blenders immediately and contact Frigidaire for instructions on returning the blenders for a free replacement blender. For more information, consumers may contact Frigidaire toll-free at 1-888-747-7637 from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. CST Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. CT on Saturday and Sunday, visit the firm’s website and click on Product Recall at the bottom of the page for more information or online and enter the blender’s serial number to determine if the blender is part of the recall. Consumers will be offered a new product out of the non-affected serial range. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
