Consumers should also avoid charging the battery packs and unplug the charger. Consumers should contact Kombi Sports Inc. in order to return the gloves, battery packs and charger for a full reimbursement. Reimbursement will only be issued upon receipt of the gloves or mitts, the batteries and the charger. Consumers should ship the products to Kombi Sports Inc. at 5711 Ferrier Street, Montreal, Quebec, H4P 1N3 to obtain a full reimbursement. A shipping allowance of up to $10 will also be reimbursed. Consumers should include their name and full address with postal code in order to receive the reimbursement check.
