Consumers should contact Interlogix, Chubb Edwards or their professional security system provider for information about the detectors in their system, and to replace affected smoke detectors free of charge. Consumers should not remove or disable the units themselves. For additional information, contact your security or fire system provider, or you may contact Interlogix toll free at 1-855-286-8889 (select option 2) from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT, Monday to Friday, or Interlogix's website and click on Customer Service.
