Directed LLC recalls Directed Remote Start Systems and interface modules

Consumers who purchased a 2008 to 2014 Push To Start (PTS) vehicle and had a Directed Remote Start System installed should visit the Directed LLC website or call toll-free 1-888-770-7122 to verify if their system is part of the recall. If the system is part of the recall, consumers should immediately schedule an appointment with the retailer that installed the Directed Remote Start System. The retailer will perform a service update to the system at no charge. If the retailer does not remedy this condition within three days of the appointment, contact Directed customer service at 1-888-770-7122. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
