Consumers should stop using the recalled products immediately and contact Goal Zero to obtain a free replacement battery pack. For more information, consumers may contact a Goal Zero recall specialist toll-free at 1-877-897-3193 between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. MST, Monday through Friday or visit the Goal Zero website and click on "Product Notifications". If consumers do not wish to contact Goal Zero, the recalled products should be disposed of in accordance with Municipal Hazardous Waste Guidelines. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
