Consumers should stop using the recalled rugs and contact Mohawk to receive a refund for the 4'11" x 7' and 7' x 10' rugs. Consumers who purchased the 2' x 3' rug should contact Mohawk to receive a warning label to be affixed to the backside of the rug. Contact Mohawk Industries by telephone at 1-877-737-8343 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, or online at Mohawk's website and click on “Safety Recall” in the “Customer Care” section at the bottom of the page. Consumer may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
