Masco Cabinetry will offer purchasers an in-home repair option or a full or partial refund based on the age of the product. For consumers who elect to repair their FIB, PFIB or CBT product, Masco Cabinetry will ship a do-it-yourself repair kit to stabilize the product. If a consumer is not comfortable with making the repair themselves, upon request, Masco Cabinetry will use a third party contractor to perform the in-home repair to the product. For repairs of the VTK product, Masco Cabinetry will use a third party contractor to perform the in-home repair to the product. For those customers who elect to receive a refund, Masco Cabinetry intends to use a third-party contractor to retrieve the product from consumers’ homes.
