Consumers are asked to stop riding any bicycle with the Look Cycle Aerostem and return their bike to their Look Cycle Authorized Retailer, who will verify whether or not the clamp is among those being recalled and arrange for a free repair of recalled clamps. Consumers for whom there is no Look Cycle Authorized Retailer nearby will be instructed to remove the stem from their bike and ship it to the distributor, at Look Cycle’s expense.
