For more information, consumers may contact Performance Designed Products at 800-263-1156 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. PT Monday through Friday, or online and click on Safety Recall for more information. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
