VanMoof recalls VanMoof M3 S and B series bicycles to replace front fender bolt

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the affected bikes and contact VanMoof for replacement Nylon fender bolts. Consumers should contact VanMoof for replacement bolts kit. Kits includes 4 new Nylon 6.6 M5 x 16mm bolts (2 are required, 2 are spares) and instructions of replacement. If customers are not able or willing to assemble the new fender bolts, they can take it to any bike mechanic and VanMoof will reimburse them for all expenses incurred. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
