Consumers should immediately inspect their purchased product to see if there is a written code, such as “7125” that appears on the side of the cap. If any code appears, no further action is necessary. If there is no code and the cap is blank, immediately store the product in an upright position and in a location not accessible by children. Call 1-800-387-2253 to request a new cap, which will be shipped to you and then follow the safe handling instructions as well as the recapping instructions.
