Consumers should immediately shut off the gas supply to the appliance and not use it until the rear gas connection to the range has been inspected and serviced. This service may be arranged with Fisher & Paykel at no cost to the consumer. If you are unsure how to shut off the appliances gas supply please contact your gas fitter. For more information, consumers may contact Fisher & Paykel by telephone toll free at 1.866.936.7327. from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday EST, by e-mail or visit the company's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
