What to do
Consumers should stop using the affected product and contact Beaba USA to obtain a free replacement part. For more information, consumers may contact Beaba by visiting the firm's recall site or by email . If consumers have difficulties submitting a request for a replacement bowl online, they may contact Beaba Customer Service at 1-855-602-3222 Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
