Consumers with recalled boilers are advised to contact the installer or the wholesaler/distributor from whom they purchased the boiler or Viessmann Manufacturing immediately in order to schedule a free boiler safety inspection. Consumers who continue the use of these boilers while awaiting inspection should have a working carbon monoxide alarm installed outside of sleeping areas in the home. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website .
