Product: Venus Simply3 Disposable 4-count razors. Issue: The blades in these razors can become misaligned during the shave and pose a higher risk of cuts during use. What to do: Immediately stop using the razors and contact the company for a refund or a replacement. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Procter & Gamble Inc.
What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled razors and contact Venus to receive a refund or a replacement, and a return envelope to send the affected product back to the company. For more information, consumers can visit the company's website or call the Venus Consumer Care team at 1-800-362-1258, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
