Product: Certain Micro-USB Charging Cables Packaged with Happy Plugs Bluetooth Wireless II Headphones. Issue: Affected charging cables may cause headphones to overheat, posing a burn hazard. What to do: Immediately stop using any affected charging cables and return to the place of purchase for a replacement. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Happy Plugs Inc.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using any charging cable that did not work or that they have not yet used and that was purchased during the time frame identified above and return it to the place of purchase for a replacement micro-USB charging cable. If the headphones were purchased online, consumers can email the company to make arrangements for a no cost exchange. Any charging cables that have previously charged the headphones successfully are not affected. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
