Product: Fitz and Floyd ® Nevaeh White ® Can Mugs. Issue: Mugs may crack or break when used with or exposed to hot liquids, posing burn and laceration hazards. What to do: Immediately stop using the recalled mugs and contact Lifetime Brands for a free replacement mug. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Lifetime Brands.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mugs and contact Lifetime Brands for a free replacement mug. For more information, consumers may contact Lifetime Brands toll-free at 1-888-561-2269, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, email or online and click on recall located at the top of the page. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
