What to do
Consumers should contact Signature Hardware to arrange for the product to be returned and to arrange for a refund. Signature Hardware is contacting customers directly. For more information, consumers may contact Signature Hardware toll-free at 1-866-855-2284 from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET on Saturday, noon to 6 p.m. ET on Sunday or visit the firm's website . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website (US CPSC to provide link). Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
