Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled torch and contact Zippo Manufacturing Company for instructions on how to receive a refund in the form of a gift card. For more information, consumers can contact Zippo Manufacturing Company by telephone toll free at 1-800-407-0377 Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, or by email . Consumers may also visit the company's website . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website (US CPSC to provide link). Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
