Consumers should immediately take the recalled Ubbi Connecting Bath Toys away from children and return them to Pearhead Inc for a refund and a complimentary Ubbi Squeeze Bath Toy replacement. For more information, consumers can contact the company by telephone at 718-422-0592 Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST, by email or by visiting the company's website and filling out the refund form . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
