Consumers should immediately stop attempting to remove or install the recalled vinyl cover and contact the company to obtain a free safety clip repair kit. If you own a vinyl protective cover with bungee tie-downs, please contact Multiple Awnings for your free safety clip Repair Kit. The kit includes: free breakaway safety clips (that replace the bungee tie-downs provided with the cover); instructions for their use; and instructions on how to safely remove any installed bungee tie-downs.
