Consumers should immediately stop using the hot tubs and swim spas with the recalled valve cap and contact Custom Molded Products or Master Spas to arrange for a free replacement cap. For more information, consumers may contact Custom Molded Products (toll free) at 800-733-9060 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET daily or online by clicking on "Product Recall" at the bottom of the page. Master Spas' customers can enter their spa serial number on the Master Spas website to determine if their spa is covered by the recall and order replacement parts. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
