Product: Contigo Kids Cleanable Water Bottle Issue: The water bottle's clear silicone spout can detach, posing a choking hazard to children. What to do: Immediately stop using the recalled water bottles and contact Contigo for inspection instructions and a free replacement lid. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC), PROFECO and Contigo.
What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled water bottles, take them away from children and contact Contigo for inspection instructions and a free replacement lid. For more information, consumers may contact Contigo toll-free at 888-262-0622 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday or visit the company's website . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Consumers may view the release by Mexico's Consumer Protection Federal Agency (PROFECO) on the Agency's website (in Spanish only). Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
