Product: RH Ultra Soft Turkish Robe. Issue: The robes may not meet requirements of the Textile Flammability Regulations. What to do: Consumers should stop using the robes and return them to RH for a full refund. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and RH US, LLC.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled robes, contact RH US, LLC and return the product for a full refund. Consumers should contact RH as follows: Toll free at 1-800-762-1751 from Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. PT, and on Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT or by email or online . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
