Frontier mowers recalled due to a possible entanglement hazard

Product: Frontier Grooming Mowers Issue: Incorrect assembly of the mower's drivelines can prevent the safety shield from spinning independently, posing an entanglement hazard to consumers. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mowers and contact the nearest John Deere dealer. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and John Deere Canada ULC.
What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mowers and contact the nearest John Deere dealer to arrange to have the mower repaired. For more information, consumers may contact Deere & Company by telephone toll-free at 1-866-993-3373. Consumer support is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Consumers can also visit the company's website . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
