John Deere Compact Utility Tractors recalled due to a possible injury hazard

Product: John Deere Compact Utility Tractors. Issue: Some of the front cab support bolts were not torqued to specification which may cause them to fail, posing a crushing injury hazard to the operator in case of a rollover. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled tractors and contact the nearest John Deere dealer. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and John Deere Canada ULC.
What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mowers and contact the nearest John Deere dealer to arrange to have the mower repaired. For more information, consumers can visit the company's website or contact Deere & Company by telephone toll-free at 1-800-537-8233. Consumer support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission’s website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
