Consumers who use the product in life-safety applications should contact a fire alarm professional of their choice for replacement options. For more information, consumers may contact Edwards Fire Safety at 1-800-505-5088, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST or online . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being re-distributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
