Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled helmets and contact the retailer from which they purchased the product or Kimpex for a free repair. Consumers can contact Kimpex toll-free at 1-800-268-5475 Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST) or by email . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products that pose a danger to human health or safety from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents or concerns related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
