Rainbow® SRX® Vacuums Recalled Due to Fire Hazard

Product: Rexair LLC Rainbow ® SRX ® . Issue: The circuit board can spark, posing a potential fire and burn hazard. What to do: Consumers should immediately unplug and stop using the recalled product. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Rexair LLC.

Consumers should immediately unplug and stop using the recalled SRX ® units and contact an authorized Rainbow ® distributor to arrange for a simple repair that addresses the identified potential risk. Consumers should contact the authorized Rainbow ® distributor shown on the purchase agreement or call Rexair at 1-231-876-3399 to locate an authorized Rainbow ® distributor. Consumers may contact Rexair LLC via telephone Monday through Friday, 10 am to 10 pm EST. Alternatively, consumers can input the Serial Number of the SRX ® into a search feature on the Rexair website to identify an authorized distributor. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
