DaVinci Bailey Bassinets recalled due to fall or entrapment hazard

Product: DaVinci Bailey Bassinets. Issue: The mattress support board or the cross bar supporting the mattress support board of the bassinet may become disengaged with an occupant inside, posing a fall or entrapment hazard. What to do: Customers should immediately stop using the bassinet and request a free repair kit. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Bexco Industries, Inc. d/b/a Million Dollar Baby d/b/a DaVinci Baby.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product. Consumers can request a free repair kit using the following link: www.davincibaby.com/baileyrepair . For more information, consumers may contact DaVinci toll-free at 1-833-932-0208 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday or by email . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
