What to do
Consumers should immediately take the recalled sleepwear sets away from children and contact Stargate Apparel for a full refund. For more information, consumers may contact Stargate Apparel at 1-866-351-0193, Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. EST or by email . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products that pose a danger to human health or safety from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents or concerns related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
