Issue: The T-connectors and the top part of the connector can become loose and the circular structure tubes can disengage, posing a risk of injury. Immediately stop using the recalled trampolines and contact Hart Stores Inc. to get a new set of connectors. Consumers should e-mail cnoel@hartstores.com with the following information: A- Your Name B- Your postal address Thereafter, the HART Company will send affected consumers a new set of connectors by post. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
