Product: SALT Lounge Chairs Issue: The locking mechanism on the chair frame may become disengaged, posing a fall hazard. What to do: Immediately return the affected chairs to any Bed Bath & Beyond location for a full refund of the purchase price, or a merchandise credit if the consumer's purchase price cannot be determined. What to do
Customers who purchased a lounge chair can return it to any Bed Bath & Beyond location. BBB Canada will provide a full refund of the purchase price, or a merchandise credit if the consume's purchase price cannot be determined. For more information, consumers may contact BBB Canada directly at toll-free telephone number, (800) 462-3966, 7:00 am – midnight ET, seven days a week. An email contact option is also available through a form on the firm's website . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
