Product: Cottonelle ® & Cottonelle ® GentlePlus Flushable Wipes. Issue: Some of the products within the recalled lots may be contaminated with the microorganism Pluralibacter gergoviae. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and dispose of it. Contact Kimberly-Clark to obtain a refund and for information on disposal. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and dispose of it. Contact Kimberly-Clark for a refund and for information on disposal. Consumers can identify affected product by looking for the specific lot code found on the bottom of the package and entering it into the Kimberly-Clark lot checker on Cottonelle.com/RecallFAQ . For more information, consumers can contact Kimberly-Clark at 1-800-414-0165 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (CST) Monday through Friday, or by using the ' contact us ' button at the top of our web page. Please note that, in addition to the requirements of the Cosmetic Regulations , the Food and Drugs Act (FDA) prohibits the sale of cosmetics that are either made with hazardous substances, or under unsanitary conditions, to users in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
