Product: CB2 Trace Bookcase. Issue: The bottom of bookcase can become weak or collapse, posing an injury hazard. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bookcases and contact CB2 for instructions on how to receive a free replacement bookcase or a full refund. What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bookcases and contact CB2 for instructions on how to receive a free replacement bookcase or a full refund. Refunds will be available immediately and replacement bookcases are expected to be available in December or January. For more information, consumers may contact CB2 at 800-451-8217 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT Saturday and Sunday or online . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
