Product: 2020 Salsa Cutthroat Bicycles, Framesets, and Aftermarket Forks. Issue: The fork can crack or break, posing a fall hazard to the user. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the bicycle and contact the place of purchase for an inspection and free replacement fork. What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycles and contact the retailer where they purchased the bicycle, frameset or fork for an inspection and free replacement fork. For more information, consumers may contact Quality Bicycle Products, Inc. at (877) 774-6208 from 12pm to 6pm CST Monday to Friday, via email or online . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
