Product: Crock-Pot ® 6-Quart Express Crock Multi-Cookers. Issue: The Multi-Cooker can pressurize when the lid is not properly locked and cause the lid to suddenly detach during use, posing a burn hazard. What to do: Consumers should immediately contact Sunbeam to obtain a free replacement lid. Consumers should immediately contact Sunbeam to obtain a free replacement lid. Consumers may continue using the multi-cooker while waiting for the replacement lid provided they are certain the lid is securely turned to the fully locked position by aligning the arrow on the lid with the lock symbol on the base. Consumers may also continue to use their multi-cooker for other modes such as slow cooking and sautéing.
