Product: Spirit Halloween Children's Flashlights Issue: The batteries in the flashlight can overheat, posing burn and fire hazards. What to do: Immediately take the flashlights away from children, stop using it, remove the batteries and dispose of the flashlight. Contact Spirit Halloween for a refund. What to do
Immediately take the flashlights away from children, stop using it, remove the batteries and dispose of the flashlight. Contact Spirit Halloween for a refund. For more information, consumers can contact Spirit Halloween toll free at 1-866-586-0155 from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET Monday to Friday or by email or online and click on product recall at the bottom of the homepage for more information. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website (US CPSC to provide link). Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
