Product: Fiskars 16 Foot Extendable Pole Saw/Pruners. Issue: The telescoping poles can separate, come apart and fall down, and cause the saw blade and pruner head to drop, posing a laceration hazard or other serious injuries. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact Fiskars Brands for instructions on how to destroy and dispose of the product, and receive a refund. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Fiskars Brands, Inc.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact Fiskars Brands for instructions on how to destroy and dispose of the product, and receive a refund. For more information, consumers may contact Fiskars Brands by telephone toll-free at 1-888-847-8716 from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CT, visit Fiskars Product Notification website or visit the company's product notifications webpage . Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
