What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact iRobot to obtain a free fused line cord that will trip in the event that liquid causes electrical damage to the circuit board. Some affected models may require a free replacement Clean Base. Consumers can contact iRobot by calling toll-free 1-866-766-6222 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST), Monday to Friday, or by visiting the company's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
