Issue: The recalled drawer chests are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that may result in death or injuries to children. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact CB2 for instructions to dispose of the product and obtain a full refund or store credit. CB2 will also be reaching out to customers and will have Customer Service agents available to answer questions and arrange a pick-up of the units and issue a refund or store credit.
