Product: Draw-Tite and Reese Towpower Ball and Pintle Hook by Horizon Global. Issue: In some products, an out-of-position pivot hole in the product base creates the potential for the pintle hook to release and the towed vehicle to separate, increasing the risk of a crash. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products, follow the instructions and contact Horizon Global for a free replacement.
