Rossignol All Track DH Bicycle recalled due to fall hazard

Product: Rossignol 2018 and 2019 All Track DH Bicycle. Issue: Cracks may form at the head tube area posing a fall hazard to riders. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the bicycles. The company will contact consumers directly to arrange for replacement parts. Affected products What you should do Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Groupe Rossignol Canada Inc.
What to do
Consumers should immediately stop riding their Rossignol All-Track DH bicycles. Consumers will be contacted by Rossignol Dealer Services and directed to their nearest Rossignol dealer, or other appropriate service provider, to arrange for a replacement. Regardless of whether or not visible cracks are found, the frame's front triangle must be replaced. Replacement front triangles will be available in the beginning of May, 2021. Until the frame's front triangle is replaced by a qualified dealer, the bicycle must not be ridden. For more information, consumers may contact the company directly by e-mail or by calling (800) 267-7547 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday. Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission's website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
